O’Brien Consulting have delivered Leadership Development Programmes with a wide range of clients. These events are typically 2-3 days in duration. The programmes are aimed at high potential people who have been identified as leaders of the future. Programmes are bespoke and are developed in partnership with the client. We identify exactly what success in leadership means for the client and develop our programmes around this. We utilise a range of activities, some of which include workshops on leadership, group work, role plays, personality assessment and 1:1 coaching. Participants gain a unique insight into both their strengths and development needs. We work with participants to develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs), ensuring they have clarity and direction. These programmes will equip participants to deliver more effective leadership and be better prepared for the challenges that will lie ahead in their future careers.
